Abstract

Výukový materiál je sestavený na základě nejnovějších vědeckých poznatků, obsahuje jak teoretické informace k výukové problematice, tak praktický zásobník cviků s ilustračními fotografiemi a video ukázkami z obou systémů. Tedy z cvičební metody Pilates a tréninku fasciální sítě, který je novou formou cvičení, jehož základem jsou různé strečinkové formy a automasážní techniky, s jejichž pomocí dochází k obnovení správných funkcí myofasciální sítě. Tato metoda je teprve v posledních několika letech postupně zaváděna do různých pohybových oborů.

Abstract (in English)

The educational material includes theoretical information about the subject and contents based on the latest research findings. The material also includes the exercise battery with the illustrative photos and video samples from both the exercise systems involved in the Rollpilates programme, the Pilates method and the fascia-oriented exercise, which form the basics of the course. The fascia-oriented exercise is quite a new form of exercise based on the use of different stretching methods and releasing techniques, which help to balance the whole myofascial system.
