Abstract
The excursion guide to the international symposium PEG 2015 provides a general introduction to the geology of the Bohemian Massif and its pegmatites, and a detailed petrographic-mineralogical characteristics of two field trips with thirteen excursion localities. Authors used new up-to date results and compared them to published data. The two field trips are located in the Czech Republic (northern part of the Moldanubian Zone), and in Poland (northern part of Lugicum). The first field trip comprises abyssal pegmatites, metagranites, contaminated pegmatites, and rare-element LCT- and NYF-pegmatites; the second field trip is focused on rare-element pegmatites of LCT and NYF families. The book contains numerous maps, locality sketches, illustrations, diagrams and photographs. The field trip guide is intended to be a valuable source of information for specialists in pegmatite deposits, as well as to general public audience interested in geology.
Abstract (in Czech)
Kniha obsahuje řadu mapek, situačních plánů, nákresů, diagramů a fotografií. Exkurzní průvodce by měl sloužit nejen odborné, ale i široké veřejnosti a zájemcům o geologii.
