Abstract
We studied carbohydrate-binding proteins (lectins) from P. asymbiotica - insect and human pathogen. Structural and functional data were obtained by broad range of biophysical methods (X-ray crystallography, circular dichroism spectroscopy, analytical ultracentrifugation, etc.).

V této studii se zabýváme lektiny z bakterie P. asymbiotica - hmyzího a lidského patogenu. Strukturní a funkční data byla získána za využití široké škály biofyzikálních metod (rentgenová krystalografie, spektroskopie cirkulárního dichroismu, analytická ultracentrifugace, atd.).
