Abstract

V originále

This paper introduces the process of language testing standardization at Masaryk University. It shows its concrete results at the Language Centre department for Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Social Studies. Within the IMPACT project, a unified framework for testing was created, then the specifications for individual departments, languages and skills, and subsequently model tests and evaluation standards were developed. The test situation is introduced in a critical perspective and within considerations about future development of testing at the department.
