Abstract

Předmětem předkládaného technického řešení je stojan pro fixaci nádob se zátkami při sterilizaci anaerobních kultivačních médií v autoklávu. Stojan sestává ze dvou desek, které jsou spojeny prostřednictvím alespoň tří závitových tyčí pevně fixovaných k první desce a procházejících otvory v druhé desce, přičemž každá závitová tyč je opatřena jednou křídlovou matkou. Pevná fixace závitové tyče k první desce může zahrnovat přivaření závitové tyče k desce nebo provlečení závitové tyče otvorem v první desce a zajištění maticemi na obou stranách první desky.

Abstract (in English)

The present invention is a rack for fixing the containers with stoppers for sterilization anaerobic culture media in an autoclave. The rack consists of two plates which are connected by at least three threaded rods, firmly fixed to the first plate and passing through holes in the second plate, each screw rod is provided with one wing nut. Rigid fixation of the threaded rod to the first plate may include threaded rods welded to the plate or threading of the threaded rod through the opening in the first plate and the securing nut on both sides of the first plate.
