First step is to focus on editing feature tools to fulfil needs to change original data or layers in ArcGIS or to refill these data or layers. It can be used to make the layer more detailed too. This tool will be exercised on polygon layers, point layers and line layers. Than the emphasis will be hold on buffer tool to create zones or protection or bumper areas related to points, lines and areas too. The last tool for level IV session is using intersection function between several layers and finally data-mining the areal data that can be exported from this intersection layers.
