Abstract

Cílem textu je otevřít diskuzi o možných nezamýšlených dopadech implementace zákona o sociálních službách na tradičně chápané poslání a hodnoty nevládního neziskového sektoru poskytujícího sociální služby. Jako východisko pro kritický pohled je použita interpretace modelu New Public Managementu prezentovaná v zahraniční literatuře právě v souvislosti s trendy probíhajícími na poli nestátního neziskového sektoru.

Abstract (in English)

The aim of the text is to open discussion about possible non-intended effects of the Social Services Act implementation on the traditional approaches to the missions and values of the non-governmental nonprofit sector. As the critical starting-point the author used interpreting of the New Public Management model as presented in foreign literature.
