Abstract

V předloženém textu autorky otevírají otázku institucionalizace poradenství pro pozůstalé a sociální práce v kontextu moderní a postmoderní doby. Systém pomoci pozůstalým nebyl v naší zemi dlouhá léta vybudován. Truchlení je navíc velmi individuální záležitostí, takže pozůstalí potřebují ve své obtížné životní situaci nejen specializovanou, ale zároveň i komplexní pomoc, kterou nabízejí jak sociální pracovníci, tak poradci pro pozůstalé. Autorky se zaměřují na charakter konstituování profese poradce pro pozůstalé v České republice v kontextu postmoderní doby a s ohledem na souvislosti s obdobným procesem v rámci sociální práce. Nejprve charakterizují proces institucionalizace sociální práce, dále čtenáře seznámí s životní situací pozůstalých v souvislosti se změnami ve společnosti a s poradenstvím pro pozůstalé, poté se věnují charakteristice současného stavu ustavení této specializace/profese a v závěru se zaměřují na možné důvody absence návaznosti a komunikace mezi oběma obory činnosti s ohledem na proces institucionalizace.

Abstract (in English)

In their text the authors open the question of the institutionalization of bereavement counseling and social work in the context of modern and postmodern times. For long years, there had not been established a system of assistance for survivors in the Czech Republic. Moreover, bereavement is a very individual process, so the survivors need in their difficult life situation not only specialized, but also complex assistance, which is offered by social workers as well as by counselors for survivors. The authors focus on the character of constituting the profession of a counselor for survivors in the Czech Republic in the context of post-modern times, considering the connections to a similar process in the field of social work. First they describe the process of institutionalization of social work, next they present the reader with the life situation of survivors in connection to changes in the society and counseling for survivors. After that they concentrate on the characteristics of present situation concerning this specialization/profession, and in the end they deal with possible causes of lack of continuity and communication between the two professional fields with regard to the process of institutionalization.
