Abstract
*Blinatumomab is known to retarget cytotoxic T-cells to cancerous B-cells, in a manner assumed to be polyclonal - however little else is known. To learn more, the molecular analysis of T-cell receptor repertoires before, during and after Blinatumomab treatment is a promising strategy. CEITEC MU and Nikos Darzentas were contracted to perform bioinformatic analysis of ~400 samples of 100 BCP-ALL patients who received Blinatumomab, to eventually check whether it induces long-lasting (oligo)clonal T-cell expansions, and if so, if it is possible to identify any functional patterns between patients. The report is stored in Repository of MU.*
