Abstract
*EuroClonality-NGS (EC-NGS) is a European Consortium conducting research, development, and application of standardised protocols for high-throughput analysis of antigen receptors. CEITEC MU and Nikos Darzentas were contracted to develop aspects of the existing EC-NGS bioinformatics immunoprofiler (ARResT/Interrogate) towards clinical applications, namely clonality and minimal residual disease (MRD) assessment.
