Abstract

Hlavnou témou sú možnosti prevencie a eliminácie parazitácie klíešťa obyčajného (Ixodes ricinus L.) na hostitel´ovi. Bola provedená analýza účinnosti repelentov na báze rostlinných výluhov či jednoduchých chemických zmesí. Testované repelenty vykazovali repelentné účinky, avšak tie nedosiahli účinnosti komerčne predávaných prípravkov.

Abstract (in Czech)

Hlavním tématem jsou možnosti prevence a eliminace parazitace klíštěte obecného (Ixodes ricinus L.) na hostiteli. Byly provedena analýza účinnosti repelentů na bázi rostlinných výluhů či jednoduchých chemických směsí. Testované repelenty vykazovaly repelentní účinky, ale ty nedosahovaly účinnosti komerčně dostupných přípravků.

Abstract (in English)

The main topic is the prevention and elimination of parasitism of ticks (Ixodes ricinus L.) on their hosts. Analysis of repellent efficiency was carried our, repellents based on plant extracts or simple chemical mixtures were used.The tested products showed repellent effect, although the efficiency was not so high as in case of commercial products.
