Příspěvek podá zprávu o současné situaci na poli výzkumu účinnosti psychoterapeutických intervencí u pacientů s psychosomatickými poruchami. Konkrétně se zaměří na shrnutí výsledků existujících studií, na přehled používaných výzkumných designů a metod a na návrh dalších směrů výzkumu.

The paper reports on the current situation in research on the effectiveness of psychotherapeutic intervention in patients with psychosomatic disorders. Specifically, it summarizes the results of existing studies, overviews research designs and methods and presents a proposal for a future research study.
