Presentation was focused on the scope of EU competence to regulate and harmonize national laws regulation consumer protection and protection again unfair competition in both cross-border and purely internal on-line transactions. The conference itself was organized by Institute for Comparative Legal Studies, Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana.
