Abstract
Article is concerned about the competitiveness of the enterprise depending on the quality of managerial skills. Competitiveness is characterized through financial performance, as an expression of corporate competitiveness. Enterprises are thus categorized based on the modified method INFA. Quality of management skills is characterized through the managers´ ability to evaluate selected aspects of reality in accordance with their objectified evaluation. The aim of the article is thus to identify relationship of the quality of the managers and enterprise competitiveness.
