Abstract

Odborná publikace je věnována novému oboru – speciální výtvarné výchově. První část textu vymezuje speciální výtvarnou výchovu v historickém kontextu pomáhajících profesí, poukazuje na roli tvorby v kreativních projektech realizovaných s podporou jednotlivců nebo institucí. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována osobnostem výtvarné pedagogiky, které rozvíjely a dále inspirují teorii a praxi současné speciální výtvarné výchovy. Té je věnována druhá část textu. Kapitoly mapují vznik speciální výtvarné výchovy, vztah k dalším oborům, které uplatňují a podporují tvořivé aktivity. Na základě výsledků výzkumu jsou vymezeny základní charakteristiky projektů speciální výtvarné výchovy, včetně požadavků, jak přistupovat ke klientům. Text zdůvodňuje přínos tvorby pro sociálně znevýhodněné klienty i význam veřejné prezentace výstupů jejich výtvarné seberealizace.

Abstract (in English)

The publication is devoted to a new field – special art education. The first part defines the special art education within the historical context of helping professions and it highlights the role of artwork within creative projects which are implemented with the support of individuals or institutions. Particular attention is given to personalities of art education who developed and who continue to inspire the theory and practice of contemporary special art education. The second part of the text is dedicated to the current special art education. The individual chapters summarize the origins of special art education and its relation to other disciplines that apply and encourage creative activity. The basic characteristics of special art education are defined, including requirements of how to approach clients on the basis of research results. The text explains the benefits of creation for socially disadvantaged clients as well as the importance of public presentation of the results of their artistic self-realization.
