TY - CONF ID - 1350418 AU - Vorel, Jiří - Roudnický, Pavel - Ilgová, Jana - Dvořáková, Hana - Jedličková, Lucie - Mikeš, Libor - Brož, Petr - Jirsová, Dagmar - Strnad, Hynek - Leontovyč, Roman - Dzika, Ewa - Koubková, Božena - Gelnar, Milan - Kašný, Martin PY - 2016 TI - Monogenea: Comparative study of molecules transcribed by mucophagous and hematophagous parasites of fish KW - Eudiplozoon nipponicum KW - Monogenea KW - next generation sequencing KW - transcriptome KW - mucophagous KW - hematophagous N2 - The current molecular data, transcriptomic, genomic and proteomic on members of big class of parasites Monogenea are very sporadic. There are evidences of several mitochondrial genomes (e.g. Gyrodactylus salaris, Pseudochauhanea macrorchis), available data from two genome projects (G. salaris, Protopolystoma xenopodis), one EST database (Neobenedenia melleni) and a very limited number of studies focused on the molecular characterization of particular monogenean genes/proteins. Therefore, we performed the first insights into molecular biology of selected experimental species Eudiplozoon nipponicum, hematophagous ectoparasite of fresh water fish. ER -
