Abstract
Předkládané řešení poskytuje způsob ovlivnění lignifikace v rostlinách, kdy se změní schopnost rostliny vnímat endogenní hormony cytokininy (CK) nebo se změní hladiny endogenních CK, přičemž snížení schopnosti rostliny vnímat CK stejně jako snížení hladin endogenních CK vede ke zvýšené akumulaci ligninu v rostlinné biomase.
Abstract (in English)
The present invention provides a relates to a method of influencing lignification in plants, wherein ability of a plant to percept endogenous cytokine (CK) hormones or levels of endogenous CK change, wherein the reduction of ability of a plant to percept CK, as well as the reduction of the endogenous CK levels leads to increased accumulation of lignin in vegetable biomass.
