Abstract
Recruitment of extra motivated students for clinical practice is considered as an important goal for every undergraduate medical teacher. Our aim was to highlight the importance of application of the concept “learning by doing” for recruiting the graduates of Medical Faculty of Masaryk University (MFMU) for Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine (AIM) specialization.
