Abstract

Katedra financí Vysoké školy finanční a správní, o. p. s., ve spolupráci s Katedrou finančního práva a národního hospodářství Právnické fakulty Masarykovy univerzity pořádaly symposium na téma „Poznej svého klienta (Know Your Customer) 2016.“ Místo konání: Vysoká škola finanční a správní, Estonská 500, 101 00 Praha 10, datum konání: 1. června 2016. Symposium se zaměřilo zejména na: - IV. směrnici AML, - Akční plán pro zintenzivnění boje proti financování terorismu, - Metody finančního šetření, - Proces AML a zajišťování majetku, - Daňové aspekty ve vazbě na AML, - Role finančních institucí a jejich obezřetnost při identifikaci legalizace výnosů z trestné činnosti, - Nekalé praktiky na finančním trhu ve vztahu ke klientům, - Tuzemské i mezinárodní obchodní transakce a jejich zneužití, - Poznávání rizikového profilu klienta a jeho ochrana, - Možné právní změny v procesu AML.

Abstract (in English)

The Department of Finance at the University of Finance and Administration in cooperation with the Department of Financial Law and Economics at the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University have organized the symposium called "Know Your Customer 2016". Venue: University of Finance and Administration, Estonská 500, 101 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic. Date: June 1st 2016. The symposion has been specialized mainly at: -IVth AML Directive, - Action Plan for strengthening the fight against terrorist financing, - Methods of Financial Investigation, - Anti-Money Laundering Process and Temporary Detention of Property, - Tax Aspects in Connection with AML, - Role of Financial Institutions and their Prudence during the Process of Money Laundering Identification, - Unfair Practices on the Financial Market in Relation to Clients, - Domestic and International Trade Transactions and their Misuse, - Getting to Know the Client's Risk Profile and his/her Protection, - Possible Legal Amendments in the AML Process.
