Abstract

Metodika shrnuje doporučené kroky pro lepší nastavení vnitřních procesů úřadu/malé obce. Metodika má 4 hlavní tematické části: 1. Nejprve (v kapitole 2) shrnuje roli řízení znalostí a bariéry, kterým řízení znalostí může čelit. 2. Ve druhé části (v kapitole 3) metodika shrnuje doporučené kroky pro systematičtější zavádění řízení znalostí a (v kapitole 4) bariéry, kterým může řízení znalostí čelit. 3. V kapitole 5 metodika shrnuje, jak mohou být vyhodnoceny dosavadní praktiky řízení znalostí v úřadu. 4. V poslední části (v kapitolách 6 až 10) jsou pro další inspiraci úřadů uvedeny nástroje a procesy, se kterými je spojováno řízení znalostí – jak mohou být identifikovány a zachycovány vnitřní znalosti, jak může být zlepšeno sdílení znalostí uvnitř úřadu, proč mají být a jak mohou být znalosti sdíleny s externími subjekty, jak mohou úřady nové znalosti tvořit. V kapitole 9 jsou uvedeny zdroje znalostí pro území rozvoj v ČR. Metodika byla připravena ve 2 verzích - ve verzi pro menší obce a ve verzi pro větší úřady.

Abstract (in English)

The guide summarizes recommended steps to improve internal processes of office / small municipality. The guide has four main thematic sections: 1. In the first (Chapter 2) summarizes the role of knowledge management and the barriers they may face knowledge management. 2. In the second part (chapter 3) summarizes recommended steps for systematic implementation of knowledge management (chapter 4) and barriers they may face this implementation. 3. In the third part (Chapter 5) the guide summarizes, how it can be evaluated existing practice in knowledge management. 4. In the last part (chapters 6-10) there are given (for further inspiration authorities) the tools and processes with which it is associated knowledge management - how can be the inner knowledge identified and captured, how this knowledge can be improved and shared within the office, what should be shared with external parties, and finally how the authorities can generate new knowledge. In the chapter 9 are the sources of knowledge for development in the country. Two version of the guide were prepared - the first for small municipalities and the second for larger authorities.
