Abstract

Práce pojednává o vzniku a účincích spřaženého vertikálního prizmatu. Shrnuje geometrii progresivní čočky, popis prizmatického ztenčování brýlových čoček a rozbor krátkodobé objektivní snášenlivosti vertikálního prizmatu při každodenních činnostech. Vliv prizmatu byl měřen na vzorku české populace, byly stanoveny základní hypotézy vlivu prizmatu na vnímání člověka a průběžné výsledky byly shrnuty v závěru textu. Měření probíhalo na různých typech činnosti. Jednalo se o činnost statickou, dynamickou a činnost testující opto-motorickou koordinaci. Z částečných výsledků vyplývá, že spřažené vertikální prizma má vliv na rychlost čtení a přesnost hodu na cíl. Vliv na rychlost chůze se nepodařilo prokázat.

Abstract (in English)

This thesis discusses the origin and effects of the Vertical Yoked Prism (VYP). It summarizes the geometry of the progressive lenses, describes the prism thinning of the progressive lenses and analyses the objective short-term tolerance of people performing daily activities to the vertical prism. The Vertical Yoked Prism Effect was measured on a sample of the Czech population, the basic hypotheses of the prismatic effect on the human perception were defined, and the partial results were summarized at the end of the article. The measurement was carried out on various types of activities - a static and dynamic activities and the activity testing an opto-motoric locomotion coordination. The partial results show that the VYP has an effect on the reading speed and the accuracy of the shooting the target. An effect on the walking speed was not proved.
