Abstract

Příspěvek byl zaměřen na osud mezinárodních smluv uzavřených členskými státy před vstupem do Evropské unie a otázku sukcese Evropské unie do těchto smluv a tento režim srovnal s možným nástupnictvím Velké Británie do smluv uzavřených Evropskou unií pro Brexitu.

Abstract (in English)

Contribution focused in its first part on possible "succession" of the EU into international agreements concluded by Member States prior the joining the European Union. The second part analyzed possible "succession" of Great Britain into to the agreements concluded by the European Union before Brexit and the two regimes were subsequently compared.
