Abstract
Over the last decades geophysical prospection has become a vital part of the archaeological field practice. In combination with traditional excavation methods, geophysical prospection significantly increases the volume of new information about studied areas. For these purposes, The Department of Archaeology and Museology at MU provides full support with several geophysical methods, e.g. large scale magnetometry and geoelectrical methods (GPR and ER).
