Abstract

Monografie zkoumá problém výkladu práva EU Soudním dvorem Evropské unie. Přístup je založen na několika různých hlediscích - zkoumána je pravomoc Soudního dvora Evropské unie určovat autoritativní výklad právních předpisů EU, pozornost je věnována též rozsáhlé a tvůrčí interpretaci unijního práva touto institucí, která mnohých případech vyústila ve vznik zcela nových pravidel.

Abstract (in English)

The book explores the problem of interpretation of EU law by the Court of Justice of the EU. It is based on several different aspects – from its power to determine the authoritative interpretation of EU law to the extensive and creative interpretation entailing the creation of new legal rules.
