Abstract
The study is devoted to the research into roles of teacher creativity styles in teacher education and is realised within the framework of a teacher CPD programme within the PROFILES project aimed at the promotion of inquiry-based science education. Design-based research was the basic framework, with the use of specific research methods such as a case study, observation, questionnaire, interview, etc.

Studie je zaměřena na výzkum rolí učitelských kreativních stylů v jejich vzdělávání a je realizována v rámci CPD programu v projektu PROFILES, který byl zaměřen na propagaci IBSE. Konstrukční výzkum je základní výzkumnou strategií s využitím specifických výzkumných metod jako je případová studie, pozorování, dotazník, interview atd.
