Abstract
Primární postižení při Parkinsonově nemoci (PN) je degenerace neuronů obsahujících neuromelanin v oblasti mozkového kmene, zejména v pars compacta substancia nigra. Neurochemické studie prokázaly, že zásadní je deficit dopaminu v oblasti striata, který vede k rozvoji klinické neurologické symptomatologie.
Abstract (in English)
Primary disability in Parkinson's disease (PD) is a degeneration of neurons containing neuromelanin in brain strain, particularly in the pars compacta substantia nigra.
