Abstract

V rámci služební cesty jsem se zúčastnil workshopu JAK UČIT PRÁVO EU, který byl pořádaný právnickou fakultou Univerzity Karlovy a Českou společností pro evropské a srovnávací právo a Common Law Society. Ze čtyř postupně následujících sekcí jsem celkem tři vystoupení k k otázkám: 1) věcného záběru výuky práva Evropské unie; 2) metodologie výuky práva EU; 3) dovednostních forem výuky a moot courtů ve výuce práva EU.

Abstract (in English)

As part of a business trip, I attended a workshop "How to teach EU law" which was organized by the Faculty of Law of Charles University and the Czech Society for European and Comparative Law and Common Law Society. Of the four following sections, I had three contributions on following issues: 1) the scope of teaching European Union law; 2) The EU law teaching methodology; 3) Skill orientated forms of teaching and Moot Courts in EU law teaching .
