Abstract

V originále

Introduction: Neurogenic bladder is a dysfunction of lower urinary tract caused by neural lesion in whatever level. Neurogenic bladder could be managed farmacologically, with catheterisation or by surgical corrections of the bladder. Beside the classical treatment the more advanced and promising approach is neuromodulation. Conclusion: Lumbar to sacral nerve rerouting is a technically manageable method.
