Abstract

Tato výzkumná monografie představuje psychologické procesy reintegrace a resocializace pachatelů do společnosti. Výzkum se soustředil na osobnost, intelekt, atribuční styly, neutralizační techniky a motivaci ke změně u 79 pachatelů majetkové trestné činnosti v dohledu úředníků Probační a mediační služby. Cílem výzkumu bylo získání znalostí, které lze použít nejen v praxi a zejména pro další výzkum v této oblasti.

Abstract (in English)

The aim of the publication was to present the processes of reintegration and resocialisation of offenders into the society. The research concentrated on the psychological aspects of reintegration and resocialisation of offenders (personality, intellect, attribution styles, neutralization techniques, motivation to change and subjective satisfaction). The research was based on data from 79 released offenders who were contacted through the Probation and Mediation Service. The research and this publication were supported by a Czech Science Foundation. The goal of the research was to derive implications for the use in practice.
