Abstract

V originále

The major objective of this survey was to examine the perceived effectiveness of the incident reporting system in acute hospital settings in the Czech Republic. The second objective was to determine needs for change in the electronic system from the users (on managerial positions) perspective after five years of the initial system implementation.
