Anotace

Cette étude a pour objectif analyser la conception et la signification de l’espace dans deux romans d’Axel Gauvin Quartier 3 lettres et L’Aimé. Premierement, nous avons étudié deux motifs de la nature : l’océan et le cyclone. Puis l’attention était ciblée sur les habitations, les espaces habités par l’homme ce qui menait l’analyse vers la signification de l’espace sacral. Il se montre que la liaison de l’espace intime avec l’espace sacral porte une signification importante et que la notion d’intérieur de maison comporte naturellement des objets sacrés. Les résultats permettent d’ouvrir un débat possible sur le theme de l’insularité dans la littérature réunionnaise.

Anotace anglicky

The main goal of the current study was to analyse the concept and the meaning of the space in novels by Axel Gauvin Quartier 3 lettres and L’Aimé. Firstly we have studied two motives regarding the nature and their meanings in the narration: the ocean and the cyclone. The study continued by analysing the settlements and finally we focused on meaning of the sacral space in our corpus. Our results suggest that there is a connection between intimate and sacral space and that the notion of home certainly includes sacred objects. The findings enable to constitute a possible beginnings for future study of insularity in réunion literature.
