Abstract

Příspěvek se zabýval vnějšími a vnitřními vlivy na výklad práva Evropské unie. Zkoumáno bylo, do jaké míry jsou reflektovány a proč rozhodnutí soudů mimo Evropskou unie, a to jak státních (soudy USA), tak i mezinárodní (ESLP a Soud ESVO).

Abstract (in English)

The contribution was focused on bothe external and internal influences on the interpretation of European union law. The aim was to identify to what extent is the EU law and case law of ECJ affected by and to which extent it reflexts decisions of courts outside of the European Union, both state (US courts) and international (ECHR and the EFTA Court).
