Anotace

V monografii je upozorněno na některé determinanty, které ovlivňují účinnost učitelských praxí studentů učitelství. Kapitoly se opírají zejména o výzkumy doktorandů. Jejich obsahem je utváření tacitních znalostí studentů v průběhu praxí, sdílení těchto znalostí s cvičným učitelem, reflexe studentů v průběhu praxí a tacitní dimenze učitelova hodnocení žáků. Monografie zahrnuje také kapitoly, které prezentují další závažné problémy účinnosti učitelských praxí: vnímání přínosu praxí studenty učitelství, podpora reflexe studentů jejich vzdělavateli, autonomní a heteronomní hodnocení jako determinanta učinnosti praxí a autorita a gender v interakci studentů učitelství se žáky v průběhu praxí

Anotace anglicky

The monograph addresses several determining factors concerning the effectiveness of student teacher practicum. The chapters draw mainly on research performed by doctoral students. They discuss the formation of student tacit knowledge during teaching practice, sharing it knowledge with the mentor, student reflection during practicum and the tacit dimension of the teacher’s assessment of pupils. The book also contains chapters that present other serious problems with the effectiveness of teaching practice: student awareness of the benefit of teaching practice, support of student reflection by their educators, autonomous and heteronomous assessment as a determiner of teaching practice effectiveness and authority and gender in the interaction of student teachers with pupils during practicum.
