Abstract

V monografii je upozorněno na některé determinanty, které ovlivňují účinnost učitelských praxí studentů učitelství. Jednotlivé kapitoly se zabývají utvářením tacitních znalostí studentů v průběhu praxí, sdílením těchto znalostí s cvičným učitelem, reflexí studentů v průběhu praxí a tacitní dimenzí učitelova hodnocení žáků. Monografie zahrnuje také kapitoly, které prezentují další závažné problémy účinnosti učitelských praxí: vnímání přínosu praxí studenty učitelství, podpora reflexe studentů jejich vzdělavateli, autonomní a heteronomní hodnocení jako determinanta učinnosti praxí a autorita a gender v interakci studentů učitelství se žáky v průběhu praxí. Publikace vyšla též on-line s ISBN 978-80-210-8133-8.

Abstract (in English)

The monograph highlights some of the determinants that influence the effectiveness of student teachers' teaching practice. Chapters deal with shaping the tacit knowledge of students during practice, sharing this knowledge with the mentor teacher, student reflection during their teaching practice and the tacit dimensions of teacher assessment of pupils. The monograph also includes chapters which present more serious problems regarding the effectiveness of teaching practice: the perceived benefits of the teaching practice among student teachers, the support of students' reflection by their educators, autonomous and heteronomous evaluation as a determinant of the effectiveness of teaching practice and authority and gender in student teachers' interaction with pupils during teaching practice.
