Abstract

Die Offenheit zur Eingliederung von Menschen mit Behinderung in alle Bereiche des gesellschaftlichen Lebens wird wesentlich von der Einstellung der Bevölkerung beeinflusst, die sich auch in der Einstellung der Arbeitgeber widerspiegelt. In diesem Text werden Ergebnisse einer Fragebogenerhebung vorgestellt, in der es um den Einfluss von Erfahrungen auf die Einstellung zur beruflichen Eingliederung von Menschen mit Behinderung ging. Die Ergebnisse zeigen Unterschiede in Bezug auf die Behinderungsart sowie auf die Art und Intensität des Kontakts.

Otevřenost k začlenění osob s postižením do všech oblastí společenského života je výrazně ovlivněna postoji obyvatelstva, což se odráží i do přístupu zaměstnavatelů. V tomto textu jsou prezentovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které se týkalo vlivu zkušenosti s lidmi s postižením na postoje k jejich profesnímu začlenění. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují rozdíly ve vztahu k druhu zdravotního postižení a druhu a intenzitě kontaktu.

Abstract (in English)

The openness to the inclusion of people with disabilities in all areas of social life is significantly influenced by the attitude of the population, which is also reflected in the attitude of employers. In this paper, results of a questionnaire survey are presented. It focused on the influence of experience with people with disabilities to their work integration. The results show differences according to the type of disability and the art and intensity of the contact.
