Abstract
In this research great creative teacher development was identified during a training course in implementation of IBSE. Case study was used as a core research method within the project PROFILES in the European 7th Framework Programme. To increase effectiveness of science teacher training in innovative educational methods as IBSE, it is necessary to consider factors related to personal characteristics of the individual teacher-participants, especially creative personality traits, and reflect them in training courses.

V tomto výzkumu byl identifikován velký vývoj učitelské kreativity v průběhu tréninkového kurzu v implementaci IBSE. Případová studie byla využita jako hlavní výzkumná metoda v rámci projektu PROFILES v 7RP EU. Ke zvýšení účinnosti tréninku přírodovědných učitelů v inovativních vzdělávacích metodách jako IBSE je třeba vzít v úvahu faktory vztažené k osobnosti učitele, zejména jeho kreativitu a reflektovat je v tréninkových kurzech.
