Abstract
Dyslexia is a neurobiological cognitive disorder and may be ideal for (neuro) fuzzy approaches for many reasons. Dyslexic users share general problems, but also indi-vidual ones. Additionally, the problems encountered by dyslexic users may diverge over time due to brain plasticity. Therefore, it can be very hard to define the actual needs of dyslexic users and to establish ways of overcoming their reading problems, rather than just avoiding them. Our proposal regarding this is a fuzzy approach that can assist the design of dyslexic user models. To do this we obtain information from individual tests that are a part of the DystexiA web service for dyslexic users.
