Abstract
The authors of the study present the results of the nationwide musical-sociological research on the attitudes of university students in the Czech Republic to the contemporary art music with a focus on the last third of the 20th century. Based on the experiences from The Czech School Inspectorate, the authors reflect on the possibilities of cooperation between musical professionals and art schools and primary schools.
