N2 - This contribution deals with theoretical placement of Financial market supervision within the Financial law and more generally within system of law. This field is only partly independent, but in general it is still part of Financial law. The aim of this article is to ensure stable position of Financial market supervision in the system of law and confirm, that financial market supervision is still part of more general field of law which is called Financial law.
