Abstract
This work was focused on structure of bacterial cell membranes regarding the composition of fatty acids. The main object of this study were Antarctic bacteria collected on James Ross Island during years 2008-2014.

Tahle práce se soustředila na strukturu bakteriální membrány, specificky na kompozici mastných kyselin v těchto membranach. Hlavním objektem byli antarktické bakterie vyizolovány na ostrove Jamese Rosse v Antarktidě v letech 2008-2014.
