Abstract
The lecture set the abolition of the generally criminal character of homosexuality in Czechoslovakia (1961) within the context of ideological and discoursive patterns of that time, underlying the reform of the penal law in Czechoslovakia at the turn of the 1960s. As conclusion the lecture relativized the notion of "decriminalization".
