Abstract

Tato publikace vychází z výsledků projektu COMPOSITE, který porovnával policejní organizace v Evropské unii. Cíl této odborné knihy je zjistit základní charakteristiky konfliktních situací a objasnit metodiku analýzy konfliktních situací u bezpečnostních složek. Výsledky výzkumu poskytují nové znalosti o řešení konfliktů u bezpečnostních složek. Ze závěrů plyne, že bezpečnostní složky, zvláště policie, by měly být více zaměřeny na policejní výcvik zvládání konfliktů, zahrnující nejenom základní výcvik. Často se v odpovědích dotazovaných policistů objevovala jistá sebereflexe, což znamená, že dochází k uvědomování si rezerv, rizik a slabých míst. Pro analýzu konfliktních situací byl vytvořen diagnostický nástroj SoCon.

Abstract (in English)

This publication presents the results of the COMPOSITE project which compared police organizations in the European Union. The aim of this book is to identify the underlying features of conflict situations and to clarify the methodology of conflict analysis in security forces. The research provided new knowledge about conflict resolution in security forces. The conclusion is that security forces, especially police units, should be more focused on police training in conflict management, which includes not only basic training. The interviewees‘ responses often referred to a certain level of self-reflexion, which means that the police officers are aware of reserves, risks and vulnerabilities. A diagnostic tool for analysis of conflict situation SoCon was developed.
