Abstract

Tato odborná publikace vznikla za účelem diseminace výsledků projektu Comparative Police Study in the EU (COMPOSITE). Hlavním cílem bylo adaptovat diagnostický nástroj EKSPO-DI pro podmínky České republiky, uvést příklad jeho použití a vytvořit doporučení pro policejní organizace. Dotazovací nástroj sleduje identifikaci třech oblastí sdílení znalostí. Znát tyto oblasti je pro organizaci důležité vzhledem k nastavení toku informací uvnitř organizace, jakož i k řízení sdílení znalostí s jinými organizacemi, anebo veřejností. A to nejenom v zemi, kde organizace působí, ale také mezinárodně.

Abstract (in English)

This publication was produced to disseminate the results from the project Comparative Police Study in the EU (COMPOSITE). The principal goal was to adapt the diagnostic tool EKSPO-DI for conditions in the Czech Republic, illustrate its use, and establish recommendations for police organizations. The diagnostic tool monitors the identification of three areas of knowledge sharing. Knowing these areas is important for the organization regarding the flow of information within the organization and the management of knowledge sharing with other organizations or the public not only in terms the country where the organization operates, but also internationally.
