The talk shows how changes in our Language Centre organizational structure and the introduction of new networks enhance the quality of cooperation, sharing, staff training, research and communication at various levels of the LC. LC staff members’ feedback is used to illustrate how these novelties help teachers in personal and professional development and offers an interesting and original LC staff typology.
