Abstract
In our study has been described more significant relationship between the reduction in spasticity of the hand and therapy with use botulo toxin-A and air splint versus therapy with botulinum toxin-A and conventional rehabilitation with progressive stretching.

V naší práci je popsán významnější vztah mezi snížením spasticity akra horní končetiny a kombinované terapie pomocí botulotoxinu-A spolu se vzduchovými dlahami, oproti kombinované terapii pomocí botulotoxinu-A se standardní rehabilitací a progresivním strečinkem.
