Abstract
The paper is tendering new political theory, which is result of author’s work on the topic of moral relativism - on the moral theory of Jesse Prinz. The theory is an intersection between endeavor of finding common base of various moral attitudes and reforming the system of political authorities towards local independence - the authority of a city. The city is playing neglected role in recent common political systems, aim of the paper is to present city as a special entity, which can revise the attitude of public towards politics. The predictions are forecasting in 2030 60,3% of world’s population would be living in cities. At the same time the voter turnout in local elections has the largest participation. From those facts the author infer the right to the city as a basic human right. After research of influences of urbanism on moral behavior author submits small state entities – coming back in time to ancient Greek polis. Those small sovereign entities are following the political stand of an-archism – it is a proposal of society with no leaders or politics, a technocratic society based on modern technologies and being established under simple constitution consisting of two golden rules – sanctity of one’s body and property. This courageous theory tries to find the smallest possible necessities the society needs to work. Because of the moral relativism, the theory is going from global to local.
