Simultánní luxace obou kyčelních kloubů je vzácné poranění, zvláště pak když jsou luxace asymetrické. Nitro-kloubní zlomeniny acetabula nebo hlavice fernuru u luxací kyčelních kloubu však vzácností nejsou. Urgentní repozice je nezbytná pro příznivý výsledek léčby. Autoři prezentují raritní případ s bilaterální asymetrickou traumatickou luxací kyčelních kloubů, kdy jeden kloub byl léčen po repozici konzervativně a druhý s interpozicí fragmentu acetabula byl léčen operativně - artroskopicky asistovanou repozici a stabilizací ostechondrálního fragmentu acetabula. Ukazují na důležitost akutní repozice a hodnocení zobrazovacích metod rtg a CT. ER -
