Abstract
Modern Paganisms are a growing group of religious movements based on or inspired by prehistoric or ancient, usually non-monotheistic beliefs and faiths. As such, these movements are in the 21 st century often subject to prejudice and even religious discrimination, especially in predominantly Christian countries. This paper explores the medial and public image of Modern Paganism in selected countries, it shows how is this religious current perceived in the media and public space, it explores the cases of religious discrimination of Contemporary Pagans and the roots of this discrimination, as well as the means of how do Pagans present themselves and their beliefs to the public.
