Abstract

Dans ce chapitre, je présente les résultats de mes recherches portant sur la condition légale et la vie quotidienne des homosexuels sous le Protectorat de Boheme-Moravie. Je traite de la persecution judiciaire et extra-judiciaire, y compris des cas de déportation dan des camps de concentration.

V této kapitole představuji výsledky svého výzkumu týkajícího se právní situace a každodenního života homosexuálů v Protektorátu Čechy a Morava. Zabývám se soudní i mimosoudní perzekucí včetně případů deportace do koncentračních táborů.

Abstract (in English)

In this chapter, I present results of my research of legal condition as well as everyday life of homosexuals living in the Protectorate of Bohemia-Moravia. I deal with both judiciary and extra-judiciary persecution, including cases of deportation into concentration camps.
