Abstract

Naděje je jedním z klíčových témat pozitivní psychologie. V přednášce budou představeny výsledky vlastní studie zaměřené na prozkoumání role naděje v posttraumatickém rozvoji osobnosti. Nebudou chybět ani praktická doporučení pro udržení a posílení naděje v krizových životních situacích.

Abstract (in English)

Hope is one of the key topics of positive psychology. The lecture presents the results of own research study aimed at exploring the role of dispositional hope and perceived hope in posttraumatic growth. There are also practical recommendations for maintaining and enhancing hope in the situations of crisis.
